hi all ... today the title of the recipes that I share, namely in the Acehnese language is timphan asoe ue. this type of cake, is often made when there are parties and other traditional events. the following materials and how to make it:
Ingredients:
- glutinous rice flour 2 packs
- 1 banana comb
- 1 piece egg
- thick coconut milk
- salt to taste
Ingredients for creating the content:
- 1 piece of grated coconut
- 1 piece egg
- sugar and salt to taste
- 1 pandan leaf
How to cook:
- make coconut contents: grated coconuts 1, then enter the sugar and salt, then add the eggs and pandan leaves. then cook until as below:
- make the dough: Mix the flour with coconut milk, salt, bananas and eggs. then stir into as below:
- take a little dough, place on a banana leaf, then press so that the dough becomes thin.and fill with coconut parut.and then wrap like the sequence below:
- put in place to boil.
- cook up to 15 minutes.
- timphan asoe ue ready to be served.
