Cannelloni with forcemeat under bechamel sauce and cheese!!


Hi, firends!!! We very much love Italian cuisine, I want to share the tasty recipe. 

Ingredients: 

Cannelloni 250gr 

Forcemeat 500gr 

Onions 1sh 

Hard cheese 180gr 

The tomatoes peeled in own juice 1 can 

Tomatoes fresh 2 pieces 

Salt, pepper to taste. 

We cut onions small and we pan fry, we add forcemeat and we fry 5-7 minutes. We add tomatoes in own juice and we simmer on slow heat. 

Bechamel sauce 

Flour 3 tablespoons 

Butter 60gr 

Ml cream 200 

Ml water 200 

In a pot to kindle oil, to add flour and to fry 2 minutes. Mix cream with water, add salt, pepper, nutmeg and to bring to boiling. To gradually add cream to flour and to disturb. 

In a form we pour a half of sauce, then we stack the stuffed cannelloni. From above we pour with the remains of sauce and we sprinkle cheese. We put in an oven for 25 minutes with a temperature of 180C.
