Today I met my mommy and we went for a walk to the park Museon, we spent there a couple of wonderful hours, drank coffee, basked in the sun and chatted!

And for lunch, my mother took me to an amazing place! This is an Italian cafe, where there are no signs, no ads! Only connoisseurs of Italian cuisine know about it! Very often here Italian businessmen dine, who came to Russia on business.

This cafe is called "Pinzeria", here they make author's, innovative dish, the created and patented guru of Italian cuisine, Maestro Valentino Bontempi PINZA from Italian products.
The pinza differs from pizza in that it is baked in a ceramic form, and then spread out the filling.
We took one with prosciutto. It was very tasty!

In general, there is a large and varied menu, there are salads, soups and hot dishes.

For dessert, we took a stunning cream-catalan. This dessert was so tender that it melted in your mouth!

In addition to eating in this cafe they sell paintings of Italian artists, so here you can not only eat, but also enjoy the art!

This cafe also has points in two Moscow markets, (about them I'll tell you a little bit later)!
