What is the contest about? ✔ ✔

The proposal was to reflect on how you contributed to the vegan community? and what were you doing to carry the message of veganism ?, so I decided to share my story with you and I hope you like it.

It all started 3 years ago when I decided to quit my job and start my own business. I had always wanted to be my own boss, to have control of a business. From the beginning I knew it would be food and desserts, but I never thought that my wonderful project would end up being vegan.

In the photo we can see many of my vegan products, cheesecake, crepes, chips (cronchyps) and cookies. Oreothoven is the name of my Oreo cookies but in its gluten-free, vegan and sugar-free version, really healthy

How do I start my project? 🌌 🌌

Like all company startup, I searched for a name, registered the company, created a logo and even a slogan, everything I did from scratch and alone. Internet and my photo editor helped me until I finally got to have Beethoven Gourmet "A Symphony of Flavors", I must give my brother credit for the name and the slogan. Thx Bro!

Now, what food do? 😉

Well, I started making cookies and jams and with only two weeks of creating my Instagram, I contacted a large healthy products store called Biorgánica in Venezuela, and asked that the products be gluten-free and milk-free.

In my life I had done something gluten free, but I accepted. And that's how my brand offered products without gluten and without milk for people with celiac disease. I felt that it helped in many ways. Over time people close (my cousin, his mother and even my boyfriend) were diagnosed as allergic to eggs, milk and derivatives, in addition to gluten, also many customers told me about the networks.

And what happened then? 😲 😲

At that time I did not know anything about vegan food, I had no idea what it was, but searching the web for recipes that did not have egg or milk for my clients and family members, I discovered that many of the recipes said the word vegan.

This photo is my favorite and you can see my cookies. These cookies are vegan, stuffed with red fruit jam and peanut butter. Delicious!!

In that way I met vegan ambassadors, the benefits of a vegan diet, the ethical reasons why many people decided to be vegan and even Monday without meat. I went there when I made the decision to make my products 100% vegan. 😍

I understood that there were enough reasons to do it, there was a whole world full of positivism, love of nature and a healthier diet. 🍃💚

My big dream is to make my business a vegan restaurant with lots of flavor and color, until people fall in love with vegan food. 😍

During these 3 years I have meet vegan people to whom I have sold my products, from breads, cookies, coconut candy, peanut butter, jams and even vegan cheese. All of them are noble people, with a lot of love and respect for nature and with a great incredible vibration, every "thank you" and "how tasty was everything", have been my main achievement and motivation. 👐👐

This child is a fan of my products, he is not a vegan, he eats my products because he is allergic, but I think it is excellent that my product is vegan and he loves it.

I have taken small steps towards the vegan world and I feel that one day I will achieve my dream. Being very honest I see with sadness how every day man destroys the planet and the indiscriminate consumption of animals makes me worse. Every time I think about it, I reflect on my little grain of sand for the vegan world.🌿 🌎
