Hello steemit I would like to shear today a cool way to prepare some peppers for the winter. In my country Bulgaria we often prepare jars from the vegetables in our farms.
All you need is peppers salt and jars !
Step one collect the peppers from your garden !
Step two clean the seeds and bake on fire !
Step three, peel the peppers and put in jar !
Add salt and boil the jars for 30 mints !
