I am super grateful to be here and STOKED that there is interest in the delicious, healthy, and sustainable food I am preparing and the tens of THOUSANDS of free meals that I am feeding people every year!

                        

This means a lot to me and also motivates me to invest more time contributing to this cutting-edge community!

In this post, I share a video I made on HOW TO MAKE THE EARTHEN ROCKET STOVES that I used in my "Steemit 15 Minute Food Challenge" (you can watch here), which a lot of people have shown interest in!

These stoves are fairly easy to make and can be made with zero $$$ and 100% sustainable materials!

I would also like to add that 99% of the 40,000 free meals we fed last year @gardenofeden were made in our outdoor kitchen using 100% trash as fuel, which allows us to achieve a below zero carbon footprint on top of it!
