Nasturtiums, Apples, Bok Choi Flowers, Red Fire, and Romaine Lettuce
Soak the flowers and lettuce for 15 minutes, rinsed 3 times and spin the lettuce till dry. I gently set the flowers aside to dry.
Salad Dressing
Add a pinch of salt, wisk until all ingredients are blended evenly
1/4 cup of lemon infused olive oil
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoons of molasses
2 tablespoons of Braggs Apple Vinegar
Unpeeled Organic Apples
Slice into bite size pieces with skin, mix together with bite sized pieces of lettuce. Add mixture to clean salad bowl. Add flowers for decoration and serve.
