Hello everyone!
It's summer time – the best time to cook some barbecues outside.
One of my favorite BBQ is the chicken wings in soy sauce:
Ingredients*:
2-3 lbs (1-1.5 kg) of chicken wings;
1 cup of soy sauce;
1 tablespoons of brown sugar or honey (preferred);
1 tablespoon of garlic powder or minced cloves of garlic;
1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger or ginger powder.
*Actually this is more of a creative process, so you might add more of some ingredients here or add new like some lemon juice or whatever!
Mix soy sauce with sugar or honey (it should dissolve in the sauce) in a bowl and add garlic and ginger. Take chicken wing and dry them. Put chicken wings into a dish, pour marinate over them, cover and put into the fridge. For the best results marinate overnight (not really critical, some half an hour might be enough, if you are hungry).
Heat your barbecue equipment until hot. Cook the wings for 15–30 minutes, turning them over often, until they get dark and the juices run (Look at the pictures below).
Serve with you favorite sauce, salad and cold beer! Bon apetit!
