Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 750 gm mutton
- 20 gm coriander
- 250 gm chopped tomatoes
- 50 gm mutton fat
- 25 gm chilly powder
- 15 gm garlic
- 15 gm ginger
- 120 gm onions
- 15 gm Ratan Jot
- salt to taste

Method :
1. Cut mutton carefully into small pieces. If pieces are big then meat will not be soft enough.
2. Chop onions, grind it with red chilly powder, ginger and garlic. Then mix it very well.
3. Heat mutton fat with this mixed masala paste & chopped tomatoes for just 2 minutes.
4. Then add meat pieces to this mixture and fry well for about 10-12 minutes.
5. Dissolve Ratan Jot in a little warm water and add to meat and look on slow fire. Wait 2-3 minutes only.
6. Your favourite Mutton Rogan Josh is ready. Garnish with coriander.
7. Serve with steamed rice or chapati.
