The Feasts of SteemFest 2! 

Day 1, continued (part 1 here)

After a full on day of presentations at the Centro Cultural de Belem, we shared a fancy pants, multi course, white tablecloth dinner!

Look at all those place settings & silverware! 

The meal began with a delicate green soup that tasted like springtime.

Main course was sea bass topped with tomatoes and onions, roasted potatoes, and steamed broccoli. 

@wackou and I enjoyed the wine! 

Dinner with a table full of bloggers :)

Dessert was a delicious creamy thing served in a martini glass! It had layers of chocolate and vanilla mousse with fancy sticks of white and dark chocolate. 

The bloggers were all over it. 

Lucca and I enjoyed more wine! 

Then they served these sweet little balls in paper wrappers! There was a chocolate truffley version rolled in chocolate sprinkles and a "cakey" nutty thing. 

They paired nicely with bitter dark coffee. 

After getting nice and full and potentially a little bit drunk at dinner in dining room of the Culturo Central de Belem, we went to the Snooker Club for even more eating, drinking, and merriment!

For anyone who follows the @gardenofeden, you know that sharing food is one of our favorite things to do! It's profound to join in quality company while eating; the matter & energy we consume becomes our physical bodies. It's a meaningful social act to have a meal together, and I'm grateful to share the feasts with you here on the blockchain so even more people can enjoy.
