Today I went with my friends to eat Roti Prata!
My friend has actually had a long running 'prata debt' with me and we decided that he would give us a treat today! 😃
我今天和朋友一起去吃印度煎餅。
我其中一個朋友已經欠我很久的“煎餅”債。今天剛好大家都有空，我們就跑到他家討回一些煎餅！🤣
So firstly for my global steemian friends, what is prata? It is a dish in the indian cuisine, that is dough moulded into a flat round circle and then fried. The end result is a crispy and fragrant piece of roti prata! It can generally be eaten with fish or chicken curry, or even other condiments like sugar, or just eaten plain!
首先，對於國外的Steemian朋友來說，應該不熟悉這個食物名稱的意思。我試試解釋給大家。印度煎餅也稱為印度拋餅，是將麵粉捏成圓圈，被壓變，之後幾次向天花板拋去。最後在鍋上煎得脆脆的金黃的，與咖哩一起吃。這個食品能在新加坡 🇸🇬，馬來西亞 🇲🇾，印尼🇮🇩，印度 🇮🇳 找到。
Today we went to Srisun prata, located near my friend's place in Bukit Batok. My friend told me they had very interesting variations of prata. I have 3 variations to show everyone today but by no means this is what we mean by interesting.
我們到朋友家附近的Srisun煎餅屋，點了幾樣有趣的煎餅種類。除了了我們點的三樣以外，其實這家煎餅屋也銷售種類繁多各種各樣的煎餅。這包括巧克力，香蕉🍌，草莓🍓及其他的口味。

The true extent of variety is almost indescribable. There are savoury and sweet pratas that include chocolate 🍫, milo, strawberry 🍓, banana 🍌 prata. And there are also pratas called, prata bomb (filled with condensed Milk that will explode with sweetness), tissue prata (check out the picture of this giant later) and other meat filled pratas like Murtabak, roti john, and many many more!!
Okay so enough of my talking, let's sink our eyes in delicious goodness!
