Brussels sprouts with mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • brussels sprouts - 300 grams
  • boiled oyster mushrooms - 500 grams
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • oil - 20 grams
  • a pinch of nutmeg
  • a pinch of ginger
  • 100 ml cream
  • oil
  • salt
  • pepper

1. Boil the Brussels sprouts in salted water for 3-5 minutes

2. Grate carrots on a fine grater, onion diced

3. Stew the onions at low heat in vegetable oil with the addition of butter for 1-2 minutes, then add carrots  and stew additional 2 minutes.

4. Add the mushrooms and Brussels sprouts, stew for 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper, ginger, nutmeg and cream to taste.

5. Hold for a few seconds - and all food is prepared.
