Meat soup - solyanka

There are so many recipes of meat soup, but common in them is one - you need several kinds of meat products. solyankalike pizza - if you remain in the refrigerator several kinds of sausages or smoked meat - cook it.

Ingridients:

  • 2 liter of water
  • 500 g smoked meat (ribs, ham, sausage, etc.)
  • 1 onion
  • 4 pickled cucumbers
  • 70 g olives
  • herbs (parsley, dill)
  • half a lemon
  • 100 gr sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon  of tomato souce
  • 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 2 bay leaves
  • salt and pepper to taste

1. The water bring to a boil. Smoked meat cut into sticks and put in boiling water and cook for 15 minutes.

2. Onions cut into half rings, cucumber cut into sticks. In a preheated pan with oil, put the vegetables and add the tomato sauce, stew 3-5 minutes, add the beef broth. Add salt, pepper and spices, chopped olives and cook another 5-10 minutes.

3. We must be careful not to oversalt soup, because it is cooked with salty foods.

4. When a table in each plate to put a piece of lemon and a spoonful of sour cream.
