STEEMIT CULINARY CHALLENGE #4 - Salad with liver and pumpkin

Ingredients:

  • chicken liver - 250 g
  • pumpkin - 300 g
  • lettuce - 1 bunch
  • sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • blend of herbs - basil, oregano, dried garlic, thyme

Sauce:

  • balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • honey - 1 tablespoon
  • soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • oil - 2-3 tablespoon
  • salt - 0.5 teaspoon

1. The liver is well washed, dried, peel, cut in half, salt and pepper. Fry in oil on both sides until cooked.

2. Pumpkin peel from the skin and core. Cut into thin strips. Add salt, add the herbs, sprinkle with oil and mix. Stew pan for 5 minutes, add herbs.

3. Sauce: oil, balsamic vinegar, honey and soy sauce Mix in a blender until smooth.

4. Lettuce wash, drier, break into pieces. Share a bowl, add salt, add a few tablespoons of filling mix. Add stewed pumpkin and liver stir again. Then drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
