Chicken Shephard's Pie.
Tasty pie for your family with this easy mashed-potato-topped casserole featuring tender chicken, sweet corn and sugar snap peas in a cheese sauce.
Ingredients:
- For the stuffing:
- • 3 tbsp oils
- • 300 g chicken mince
- • 1 onion, cut into cubes

Preparation:
1) Heat oven to 180 ᵒS.
2) In a large skillet, heat oil. Add onions. Fry, stirring frequently, until onion is soft.
