STEEMIT CULINARY CHALLENGE #12 - Salad with chicken breast and pomegranate

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast - 250 grams
  • Sweet pepper - 100 grams
  • Cheese - 100 grams
  • Walnuts - 50 grams
  • Garlic - 1-2 cloves
  • pomegranate seeds
  • yogurt
  • butter (to sauté meat)
  • salt and pepper to taste

1. Chicken cut into cubes and fry it in a pan until tender.

2. Diced tomatoes, peppers cut into strips, cheese grate on grater. Add salt, pepper and mix

3. Garlic crush, Mix with yogurt and sprinkle salad (do not mix).

4. On top put sliced nuts and pomegranate seeds.
