These Mediterranean Stuffed Mushrooms are a wonderful and tasty (vegetarian) snack, ideal for entertainment.
Snack number 1.
Ingredients:
- Champignons large
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion red
- olives
- Chees Feta
- Cheddar cheese
- Loaf of bread
- garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
- Oil and soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt pepper
Champignons peel off leaving a belt around the edge. Chop the champignon legs finely and fry with oil in a bowl.
Cheese, tomato and onions cut into cubes. Cut the olives in circles.
Fillings (cheese, tomato, olives, legs with garlic) put champignons in the cap.
Champignons or bake 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius or cook in a frying pan.
Eggplant Canape.
Snack number 2.
Ingredients:
- 1 eggplant
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion red
- olives
- Chees Feta
- dill
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
- soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt pepper
Eggplant cut into circles, salt and leave for a few minutes.
Wipe with a towel and fry in oil on both sides. Put on a napkin, so that excess fat is absorbed.
Feta, tomato and onions cut into cubes. Cut the olives in circles.
Feta season with Italian herbs and soy sauce.
All put on eggplant slide. Decorate with dill.
Combined with wine.
