STEEMIT CULINARY CHALLENGE #5 - Toasts with feta cheese and chili

Ingredients:

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 1 chili
  • fresh herbs: parsley, dill, basil
  • olive oil
  • spices: cumin, zira, sesame
  • salt
  • baguette

1. Cucumber peel and cut into small cubes. Cheese cut into large cubes. Chile clear from the kernels and finely chop. Grind herbs.

2.Mix all ingredients and add salt and spices.

3. Pour olive oil (3-4 tablespoons) and mix.

4. Baguette cut into pieces and dried in a pan or in the oven.

5. Put the stuffing on toasts.

6. Enjoy yummy.
