When I was in Bulgaria, I tried this national dish, pepper patty :-)
Chushka burek is a kind of stuffed pepper, but also baked in batter.

You will need
6 Bulgarian peppers and 4 eggs
300 gr. Brynza
4 cloves garlic and dill
40 gr. Flour for breading
100 gr. Breadcrumbs
Cooking method
- Peel the pepper and bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 20 minutes.
- Fold the baked peppers in a plastic bag for 15 minutes, then remove the peel from it.
- Stretch the cheese, add 2 eggs to it, mix it.
- Beat the remaining 2 eggs for breading.
- Pepper the pepper, cheese and egg, add crushed garlic. Slightly flatten the peppers for easy roasting.
- Roll the peppers in flour, then in the egg, and only then in the breadcrumbs for breading, and again in the egg.
- Then start frying the vegetables in a heated frying pan until golden brown.
