The Last Business Trip Breakfast in Gangwhado Island.

The last breakfast in my last business trip was humble. We tried to find nice place to memorize my last breakfast, but it was not easy. Where we stayed in was far from the down town.
The only option was Have Jang Gook.

I think the name of Hae Jang Gook is not familiar to my fellow Steemians.
It is a soop like food usually for drinking day.

Good wives have been prepared a Have Jang Gook for their husband next day morning when husbands drank the day before.

I believe every place has that kinds of food.

Hae Jang Gook is one of the representative breakfast in Korea.
I strongly recommend you have a chance to taste Hae Jang Gook, when you visit Kore.

You can feel the ordinary common people’s life and feelings while having the Hae Jang Gook.

One tip. When you have the Hae Hang Gook, the important thing is the place where you have.
The best place is a market place.

In that morning, we could find a famous restaurant where was located in the entrance of Gangwhado island.
The name was “Sae Byeok Hae Jang Gook” Here, the word “Sae Byeok” means ‘Dawn’
It means that they open the restaurant early in the morning for workers and passengers.

They provide 4 kinds of Hae Jang Gook.
We ordered 3 kinds of Hae Jang Gook.

The first one was main and dried pollack based soup.

The second was the blood based

The third was the intestines based.

The most important thing in making Hae Jang Gook is making a soup.
They need to boil the bones of cows for long time in strong fire.

That white color of soup is the result of long time boiling.

In this restaurant, the side dishes were also nice.
Especially Kim Chi was excellent.

Look that red color attracting you to a nation of fire in your tongue.

Thank you
