Grilled Zucchini and Salmon Rolls

Ingredients for 6 portions

100 gr Smoked Salmon

100 gr Spreading cheese we recommend Philadelphia

3 Medium sized zucchini

How to Prepare Grilled Zucchini and Salmon Rolls

1 Wash the zucchini, cut them into the sliced length of the thickness of about 2/3 mm and then grate them for good.
2 After cooling the grilled zucchini over Philadelphia, lay a sliced smoked salmon and then roll it over.
3 Place them in a pot on a plate and serve it at room temperature.
