-Guacamole fast & easy- the variable basic recipe 📷>recipe guide<

Avocados are very healthy and can be enjoyed as guacamole to various dishes, whether as a spread or just for dipping. Here is my recipe as I guacamole for my coriander salmon burgers prepared.



Ingredients for 1 portion:


2 Mature avocados
1 small red onion
1- 2 tbsp yoghurt
1 small toe garlic
Some koriander & parsley
A little chilli
1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste


Preparation.

1. Finely chop the onion,the coriander, parsley and chilli and place in a bowl. Press the garlic to the ingredients.



2. 

Peel the avocados, remove the kernel and crush it in a bowl


3. Add parsley garlic, onions, yoghurt and chillies and mix it well.If everything is mixed well, quickly add the lime juice over the guacamole and mix well so that it does not brown.





4. Serve in small dishes or consume directly.
