Breakfast is important and a smoothie bowl is one of the healthiest things you can start your day with.
Here are two of the bowls that I made last week.Â
The base is usually something like this:
1 banana (sometimes 2)
2 cups of frozen berries
1 kiwi
1/2 cup of almond milk or water
And I top them with stuff like coconut flakes, honey, peanut butter, chia seeds, fruits and berries.
When I'm in a rush, I make a green smoothie with kale, spinach, almond milk, kiwi, chia and banana. (Or overnight oats.) It's delicious, believe it or not. :)
