Bruschetta with figs and anchovies

INGREDIENTS

10 mature figs
8-10 anchovy fillets in oil
12 slices of homemade bread
extra virgin olive oil
pepper

PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE

Peel the anchovy fillets with the kitchen paper to dry them from the preservative oil and cut them into pieces. I peel the figs and crush them roughly with the fork, then weam them with anchovy fillets and a pepper ground.

After roasting the slices of bread on the grill, I sprinkle with an oil spout and distribute the mixture of figs and anchovies. That's all. If you like it, there are some rings of red onion.
