INGREDIENTS
500 g of cherries
100 g of sugar
1 glass of red wine
A piece of cinnamon stick
1 clove
Some grain of black pepper
PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE
Boil the wine with sugar and spices for ten minutes, then throw it into the cherries, with the kernel and the stem or without, it is the same.
Let go of a slow fire until the cherries do not change color and they are a bit dry for about 10 minutes.
Serve cold with a little of their sauce, alone or accompanied by a good ice cream.
