INGREDIENTS
190 g of sugar
40 g of dextrose
20 g of glucose
366 g of water
380 g strawberry pulp
lemon juice
PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE
Choose ripe strawberries with red pulp. Clean and weigh the other ingredients.
In a blender, put the sugar, glucose, dextrose, water, strawberries cut into pieces and grind the whole until you get a homogeneous mixture. If you want , you can remove the strawberry seeds from the sieve.
Transfer the compound into the ice creammaker, after adding the lemon juice, and keep the time necessary for ice cream to form.
Serve the ice cream in cups by decorating with fresh strawberries and accompanying it with cream or chocolate cream.
