Tuna with chives

INGREDIENTS

Fresh tuna fillet: g 250
1 bunch of chives
½ lemon
2 filets of anchovy in oil
1 teaspoon of capers under salt
Olive oil
salt
pepper

PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE

Bake the tuna with a knife on the cutting board, or chop it with the crescent; Place it in a bowl and combine a chopped end of chives, anchovies and capers.
Wet with lemon juice, salty little, pepper and combine 2 tablespoons of excellent oil.
Place a dozen minutes in the cool place, so make some flans or little balls that you will serve with slices of toast.
