INGREDIENTS

100g of wheat flour type 00
16 g of sweet yeast
3 eggs
300g of sugar
A bunch of almonds or a bunch of dried biscuits
A handful of breadcrumbs
A glass and a half of milk
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE
1 • Crunch the cookies and cut the walnut skewers. Pour into the blender with the flour, the yeast, the eggs and the sugar. Mix with milk (the dose is indicative).
2 • Fill with oil and sprinkle with a breadcrumbs of 28cm in diameter. Pour the mixture and cook at 180 ° C for half an hour without opening the oven.
