Black Beans & Tofu || Oseng-Oseng Kacang Hitam

Its a good morning indeed as cryptos seem going up πŸ’ƒ Crossing fingers they stay up? πŸ˜‚ Meh, wont that be awesome, if onlyπŸ˜‚

How's everyone doing this morning?πŸŒ…

I'm still thinking (or rather contemplating) what I'd like to do today, for sure I need to wash the floor, which am not looking forward to it since I don't stop coughing and sneezing 🀧

My 4 yo already turned on the Wii console as he is getting addicted in working out through it, but all I wanna do is lay down on the bed, under the blanket, and have another 5-10 mins of sleep....well make it 30 mins, or maybe an H at least 😌

This for sure gonna be a long day, I feel πŸ˜ͺπŸ™„πŸ˜ŒπŸ˜…

For now, lemme share you a nice cooking of black beans and tofu. Serve it with warm scented rice, spiced rice, or even plain rice, yummo!

Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
  • 1/2 c of chopped fresh cilantro
  • 5 white button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 of a red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of diced onion
  • 1 tsp of cumin powder
  • 1/2-1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Maggi liquid seasoning to taste
  • 1 can black beans, drain, rinse

How To

  • Heat oil, saute onion, mushrooms, and bell pepper, to soften
  • Stir in tofu, cook for 2 mins
  • Stir in black beans and cilantro
  • Season

Super easy but sooooo good πŸ‘And oh, I portioned them for my husband's meal plan for work πŸ˜‚

Pagi teman!

Aku gi batuk pilek, euy. Dari anak-anak, ketularan dah. Jadi letoy. Pinginnya berebahan aja, tapi nasib, namanya emak2, tugas dirumah ga habis2 πŸ˜‚ Hari ini pun dah waktunya nge-pel lantai, belum lagi ini-itu plus nemanin si percil. Haiyaaaah, andai di LN ada mbak pembantu seperti di Indo πŸ˜‚

Ngomong2 harga mata uang digital lagi pada bagus nih, termasuk Steem dan SBD. Pasti pada senang kan πŸ˜‚πŸ’°πŸ˜‚πŸ’°

Pagi ini aku mau bagi resep oseng2 kacang hitam nih. Enaaaak banget disajikan begitu saja dengan nasi hangat. Cobain yuk 😊

Bahan2

  • 1 kotak tahu biasa (bukan sutra), potong dadu
  • 1/2 gelas cacahan daun ketumbar
  • 5 buah jamur kancing segar
  • 1/2 dari paprika merah, potong2
  • 1/2 sdm minyak zaitun
  • 2 sdm bawang Bombay cacah
  • 1 sdt bubuk jintan
  • 1 sdt paprika bubuk (bukan cabai bubuk)
  • 1 sdt jus jeruk lemon
  • Royco secukupnya
  • 1 kaleng kacang hitam siap pakai, buang airnya

Cara Membuat

  • Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang, paprika serta jamur hingga layu
  • Masukkan potongan tahu, masak 2 menit
  • Masukkan daun ketumbar dan kacang hitam, beri Royco, jintan, paprika bubuk, serta jus jeruk lemon

Sajikan nyam-nyam πŸ˜‹
