My Own Homemade Vegan Yoghurt - Yummy Yummy

This is my own Vegan Yoghurt recipe and taste yummy.

Makes about 1 pint of yoghurt

575ml of soya milk
Yoghurt starter culture ( You can buy this in most health shops)

First of all put the soya milk into a saucepan and then bring to boil. Then leave to cool down to about lukewarm. Then what you need to do is add the starter as it says on the packet and then stir well.

Now pour the mixture into a large bowl which has first been sterilized by rinsing under boiling water from a kettle. Cover the bowl with cling film. Now leave in a warm place for around 5-8 hours until you can see that it has set. Then now put in the fridge to chill.

The first batch will not be 100% vegan, but if you take a tablespoon of the yoghurt and use it for the next batch, which will then be vegan and the yoghurt will get thicker and better each time you make it.
