Steemit Food Art lesson 3 "Bruschetta Chicken liver pate with walnuts and fresh vegetables"


A great way to surprise family and friends. This dish can be cooked you breakfast, as Pate need to stand in the refrigerator for a few hours

          

All ingredients as in all my dishes can easily buy in the supermarket

Chicken liver 150g
Butter 150g
Thyme 1g
Mini tomato 40g
Cucumber 20g
salad Mix
Garlic 15gr
Bread select the one you love
Cream 150g

You should begin with a course paste, because the process is quite long and requires attention

Slice the onion, garlic, liver arbitrarily

Fry over high heat, all that was cut

 

First, onion, thyme and garlic

At the very end add the cream and simmer for 15 minutes

Excellent !!! We got a semi-finished product for our pate!

Beat the resulting mixture blender

  

Important! Beat the mixture until it is necessary to warm, then set aside to cool at room temperature and only then add the butter. The oil should be warm and well peremeshivatsya leaving no lumps

Well, that's pate ready !!! Now we send it in the fridge for a few hours


While pate hardens

We will prepare bread vegetables and nuts

I used Italian chiabatta because just crazy about this type of bread, but you can use your favorite bread

And by the way what kind of bread you prefer ???

Slice the bread and nuts

 

Fry bread until golden brown or lattice as in my beam

Almost everything is ready to wait until the pate hardens when and begin decorating dish

Now the main thing is not to pity pate on bread !!!

  

Spread the pate on the bread and place in the center of the mini tomato it will be a good foundation for the entire composition

  

Then carefully add the lettuce, cucumber. At the end sprinkle with walnuts

                                        

All is ready!!! now it is necessary to put everything on a plate and eating a !!!! This dish looks great on wooden plates, I took the usual cut down the tree, and laid on top of the parchment. it seems to me really well,
