Today I would like to take all of you to Vietnam restaurant for breakfast.
In the Ming and Qing dynasty of China, people called the Southeast Asia as NanYang (南洋). All the things related Southeast Asia could be name NanYang xx. So this restaurant also called NanYang Noodles restaurant.

okay,Let me introduce today's breakfast, 生牛肉豬雜粿條(Raw beef pork giblets Kway Teow).

粿條(Kway Teow)is a kind of noodles which more soft than others, it usually used in Southeast Asia's cooking.
You can taste the meat's original flavor with the pork bone soup. It made the noodles full of meat flavor and match well.

This is a sauces that usually used in Southeast Asia's noodle. Maybe from the picture, you will be felt that it's very spicy but in fact, it isn't. The noodles upgraded the fresh flavor with this sauces. So each time I came here, I would put some sauces in my noodles.
