STEEMIT CULINARY CHALLENGE #13 - Grilled fish

Ingredients:

  • fresh fish (mackerel, in this case).
  • lemon.
  • salt pepper.
  • ginger.
  • nutmeg.
  • paprika.
  • coriander.
  • bay leaf.
  • wheat bread.
  • greens of a parsley.
  • soy sauce.

1. Disembowel fish and wash it, rub spices.

2. Add bread to soy sauce and parsley, mash it. Lemon cut into slices, stuffed it with bread and a bay leaf fish. Fish edges to seal with toothpicks.

3. The fish cook on the grill about 10-15 minutes until tender. Often rotate.

4. Serve with garnish (boiled potatoes, rice, couscous)
