I'm a huge fan of shrimps. Today I cooked Argentine red shrimps.
My favorite way to cook shrimps is to fry with green onions. But I saw this recipe online and I happen to have butter at home. So I gave it a try.
Ingredients
Argentine red shrimps, cooking wine, salt, black pepper, butter (or cooking oil)
Method
- Cut off the heads of the shrimps and then cut the shrimps in half. Rinse with water.
- Marinate the shrimps with cooking wine, salt and black pepper for 30 minutes.
- Melt butter on a stove-top in a pan. Fry the shrimps until they turn light golden.
- Enjoy!
我非常喜欢吃虾。今天在家做了阿根廷红虾。
之前一直都是葱爆,今天在下厨房看到香煎阿根廷红虾的菜谱,正好家里有黄油,就尝试了一下新做法。味道不错,虽然我还是更喜欢葱爆,但偶尔换换口味也挺好。
材料:
阿根廷红虾,料酒,盐,黑胡椒,黄油(或者普通食用油)
做法:
- 去虾头虾线,纵向切开,然后洗净。
- 用料酒、盐和黑胡椒腌制30分钟。——注意盐和胡椒的量,以防太咸。
- 在平底锅融化黄油,煎至虾肉变成金黄色。——这里大可换成普通食用油,我个人觉得黄油跟红虾并没有很惊艳的味觉反应。
- 完成!
