Fried Argentine Red Shrimps with butter 香煎阿根廷红虾

I'm a huge fan of shrimps. Today I cooked Argentine red shrimps.

My favorite way to cook shrimps is to fry with green onions. But I saw this recipe online and I happen to have butter at home. So I gave it a try.

Ingredients
Argentine red shrimps, cooking wine, salt, black pepper, butter (or cooking oil)

Method

  1. Cut off the heads of the shrimps and then cut the shrimps in half. Rinse with water.
  2. Marinate the shrimps with cooking wine, salt and black pepper for 30 minutes.
  3. Melt butter on a stove-top in a pan. Fry the shrimps until they turn light golden.
  4. Enjoy!

我非常喜欢吃虾。今天在家做了阿根廷红虾。

之前一直都是葱爆,今天在下厨房看到香煎阿根廷红虾的菜谱,正好家里有黄油,就尝试了一下新做法。味道不错,虽然我还是更喜欢葱爆,但偶尔换换口味也挺好。

材料:
阿根廷红虾,料酒,盐,黑胡椒,黄油(或者普通食用油)

做法:

  1. 去虾头虾线,纵向切开,然后洗净。
  2. 用料酒、盐和黑胡椒腌制30分钟。——注意盐和胡椒的量,以防太咸。
  3. 在平底锅融化黄油,煎至虾肉变成金黄色。——这里大可换成普通食用油,我个人觉得黄油跟红虾并没有很惊艳的味觉反应。
  4. 完成!
