Homemade Garlic Shrimps with Chinese vermicelli / 自制蒜蓉粉丝虾

Today I'll introduce one of my most successful attempts in cooking -Garlic Shrimps with Chinese vermicelli.

It's very easy to cook and it looks good.

Materials
Shrimp10 - 20
Chinese vermicelli100g
Garlic clove4 - 5
Green Onionsas much as you like
Soysauce2 teaspoon
Salt1/4 teaspoon
Pepper1/4 teaspoon
Sugar1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Put Chinese vermicelli in cold or warm water for 30min or longer.
  2. Heat oil to medium temprature, fry the chopped garlic for ~1min, then add soysauce, salt, pepper and sugar.
  3. Lay Chinese vermicelli on the serving plate, and put shrimps on top of the Chinese vermicelli.
  4. Pour the garlic sauce prepared in step 2 to shrimps and Chinese vermicelli.
  5. Boil the water in a steam cooker. Steam the shrimps and Chinese vermicelli in medium heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle chopped green onions on the plate and pour a large spoon of hot oil on top.
  7. Enjoy:)

蒜蓉粉丝虾是一道极其简单,但是让你看上去好像很会做菜的菜:)

材料
10 - 20只
粉丝100g
4 - 5瓣
酱油2勺
1/4勺
胡椒1/4勺
1勺

做法

  1. 粉丝在冷水或者温水中浸泡30分钟或以上。
  2. 热油,油温中等时放入蒜末爆香,加入酱油、盐、胡椒和糖,制成酱汁。
  3. 把浸泡软的粉丝铺在盘底,粉丝上放上虾。——我用的是虾仁。如果是整虾,虾头保不保留都可以,但是虾背要开一下去掉虾线。当然你要是不讲究也无所谓啦。
  4. 淋上准备好的酱汁。
  5. 蒸锅中水烧开后,中火蒸5分钟,稍微多蒸一会儿也不要紧。
  6. 撒上葱花,均匀地浇上热油。随着嘶啦一声,这道菜就做好啦~
