Today I'll introduce one of my most successful attempts in cooking -Garlic Shrimps with Chinese vermicelli.
It's very easy to cook and it looks good.
Materials | |

Shrimp | 10 - 20 |
Chinese vermicelli | 100g |
Garlic clove | 4 - 5 |
Green Onions | as much as you like |
Soysauce | 2 teaspoon |
Salt | 1/4 teaspoon |
Pepper | 1/4 teaspoon |
Sugar | 1 teaspoon |
Directions
- Put Chinese vermicelli in cold or warm water for 30min or longer.
- Heat oil to medium temprature, fry the chopped garlic for ~1min, then add soysauce, salt, pepper and sugar.
- Lay Chinese vermicelli on the serving plate, and put shrimps on top of the Chinese vermicelli.
- Pour the garlic sauce prepared in step 2 to shrimps and Chinese vermicelli.
- Boil the water in a steam cooker. Steam the shrimps and Chinese vermicelli in medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions on the plate and pour a large spoon of hot oil on top.

蒜蓉粉丝虾是一道极其简单,但是让你看上去好像很会做菜的菜:)
材料 虾 10 - 20只 粉丝 100g 蒜 4 - 5瓣 葱 酱油 2勺 盐 1/4勺 胡椒 1/4勺 糖 1勺 做法
- 粉丝在冷水或者温水中浸泡30分钟或以上。
- 热油,油温中等时放入蒜末爆香,加入酱油、盐、胡椒和糖,制成酱汁。
- 把浸泡软的粉丝铺在盘底,粉丝上放上虾。——我用的是虾仁。如果是整虾,虾头保不保留都可以,但是虾背要开一下去掉虾线。当然你要是不讲究也无所谓啦。
- 淋上准备好的酱汁。
- 蒸锅中水烧开后,中火蒸5分钟,稍微多蒸一会儿也不要紧。
- 撒上葱花,均匀地浇上热油。随着嘶啦一声,这道菜就做好啦~
