Mango Salad The Special | Extremely Healthy

This is a must-go-to dish if you want something light and healthy. And delicious. We had this for lunch, as side dish, and I knew straight away I will have it for main meal next time. You can see from the photo, it has mango, quinoa, pomegranate, peas, baby pea sprout, cherry honey tomatoes, zucchini and lettuce; all mixed and blended well with vinaigrette. And just a little bit of bacon to dash up the dish, you can opt out the bacon since it is processed meat. Oh, now I am craving for it already.
