Who said that to cook a holiday dinner you need to spend a lot of time? Let me introduce you to a recipe called "Caprese chicken" and one more recipe called "potato roses" that will make you think differently. The dish looks nice and smells great! And you only need to spend a little time making it.
Ingredients:
4 pieces chicken fillet
120 g mozzarella
5-6 cherry tomatoes
basil leaves
1 tsp olive oil
ground pepper and dried garlic if you like.
Cut mozzarella in circles and cut each circle into 2 or 3 pieces. Pick some basil leaves. Make 5-6 cuts on each piece of fillet, not cutting it through, put in a basil leave, mozzarella and some tomato.

What I also want to cook today is an exquisite milk dessert Panna cotta.
Panna cotta is a delicious Italian dessert well-known and loved all over the world and it's extremely easy to cook. If you translate "Panna cotta" from Italian, it means cream jam. So today I'm cooking creamy Panna cotta with chocolate.
Ingredients:
200 ml cream (33% fat)
70 ml milk (3,5% fat)
50 g sugar
3 g vanilin
1 tsp gelatin
Put gelatin into 2 tbsp of water and leave it for 10 minutes
Put vanilin, milk, cream and sugar into a pan. Mix thoroughly and heat, but don't boil.
When the mixture is ready, put in the gelatin and mix again. Then let it cool, pour into cake molds and leave in a fridge overnight
When the dessert is ready, put it on a plate and decorate the way you like it. You can even make a berry sause or just put berries on a plate. I'll decorate mine with chocolate. For this, I'll just use a grater and then sprinkle grated chocolate on the plate with the dessert.
