This is a brand new breakfast sandwich that I thought of earlier today while talking to @bullionstackers. I wasn't sure what dishes I knew that were quick and yet awesome, so I invented a new one. Since I already saw that someone had done French Toast, I decided to put a twist on it, making it a sandwich with Bacon and Cheese, plus a secret ingredient, which my mouth said paid off big time! (My mouth says a lot of things.)
PREP TIME - 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
4 Eggs
3 Slices Bacon
Cheese (@papa-pepper used Pepperjack)
2 Slices Bread
Honey
Salt & Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Oil one pan and put Bacon in another, cutting the strips in half first to make them sandwich sized.
Crack eggs and put them into a bowl. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Whisk eggs and submerge bread in it.
Place the egg-covered bread in pan. Flip bread and bacon as needed until cooked.
Cut the cheese into slices.
Flip French Toast and immediately place cheese slices on one side. This helps it to melt.
Place hot bacon on top of the cheese.
By now, this will be looking pretty good already.
Drizzle the bacon with some honey. If you've never tried this, you don't know what you are missing. Try this.
Place the other slice of French Toast on top to make it an official sandwich.
Cut in half and serve, or if you're in a big hurry, just grab and go!

This was a brand new idea, based partially on how common Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwiches are for breakfast, at least here in the US. I never tried this before, but it blows the lid off a McMuffin. A lot of people enjoy Maple Syrup with Bacon, but these days it seems the corporations just like to throw "Maple" in the title and actually make it out of High Fructose Corn Syrup. (Read those labels people!)
Therefore, I chose to add a drizzle of Raw Honey to this sandwich, and it was incredible. My wife and children agreed, but my wife agreed a lot. I will be required to make this again, which is good, because I was planning on it anyway.
It's as delicious as it is quick and simple. Give it a try!
