Bruschetta is called the little sister of pizza and how many of today's classic delicacies.
Bruschetta al Tutti Santi ....
Components:
- Light bread (ciabatta)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Garlic
- 2 tomatoes (I recommend the buffalo heart )
- Bulb onions
- Approx. 80 g cheese (old cheese)
- Basil
- Prosciutto
Bread cut into slices, rub with garlic (sliced half clove or - if you like the intense flavor of garlic - a little grated). Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
We're breaking basil from your own garden
Blanch the tomatoes and peel. Cut into cubes, drain excess juice. Lay the slices on bread, add finely chopped green onions and cheese (in small pieces or shredded).
Between overlapping tomato cheese ... preheat oven to 190 ° C.
Bake in the oven under the grill approx. 5 minutes until browned croutons and the cheese melted. Sprinkle with basil leaves, season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
You can even (I like to have a slightly browned), add 2 minutes to 140 ° C.
Serve immediately after pulling out from the oven.
Bon Appetit :-)
