I don’t go a day without it, coffee is my go juice. Interesting thing to think much of the population is addicted to coffee. What would happen if the worlds coffee supply suddenly dried up? Would we have a sudden apocalypse of caffeine addicted angry people? I think it would be rather amusing, would coffee be spoken about as the biggest international crisis?
I could survive without it, I have done fasts in the past where I gave everything up for 3 weeks no problem. For me it’s a matter of want not necessity, that’s the first step to being able to give something addictive up recognition that it is not a necessity.
Heading up the mountain today, I am glad to have the coffee to help get my day started.
