The pro in the house made this delightfully inviting sunny side up for breakfast.
Now I know the secret of having sunny side up fried to perfection. I never knew that this would be the outcome, hence I didn't take a picture of the process. But I'll disclose it anyway.
- In a pan, gently open the egg so as to have the egg yolk intact.
- Add a pinch of salt, pepper, or any flavoring of your choice.
- Cover the pan with the lid and fry it in low fire.
- Leave for a couple of minutes until the yolk is cooked but still juicy.
And that's it. You have your perfect sunny side up! Simple, right? So you can make it anytime. (Sliced tomato as a side dish is optional.)
