This is the Miso ramen with egg from "The World's First Michelin-starred Ramen" - Tsuta Soba Japanese Noodle restaurant in Tsimshatsui, Hong Kong. The restaurant was newly opened. Ramen is good but it is too expensive, or put it in another way, the raman is too small in size.
這碗是號稱"世界第一碗米芝蓮一星拉麵” - 蔦 拉麵店的味噌味玉拉麵。一家剛開張的日本拉麵店，拉麵的味道非常好但價錢欲是高得過份，又或者應該說是麵的份量太少了。
