I want to give a big greeting to all the users that read me today. It's really gratifying to know that you take the time to go through my posts
I decided to have lunch with a friend and her boyfriend and when they asked me which restaurant I wanted to go I did not hesitate to tell them that it had to be sushi and I ran with the luck that my friend is a fan of that food. I.
The restaurant we chose is called "Kibou Sushi" and is located in Cabudare and Barquisimeto, Lara State in Venezuela. But this time we decided to go to the one located in Barquisimeto to test the variety of that particular branch.
We started first tasting some very tasty and cold "Soleras" beers that refreshed our throats right away and made us spend the time while the orders we had made arrived.
As a courtesy of the house they sent us a rich entrance called "banana flutes" which is actually banana tempted with sesame and honey. For sweet lovers it will be a pleasant experience to taste this entrance.
Then they sent us the ticket we had ordered to be crab cakes.
I had already eaten this type of entry elsewhere but they always served me in a simple and sad way. When I saw the way in this restaurant they took the job of pleasing the view of their dishes, I simply fell in love.
Also note that they were delicious.
After devouring our tickets, the main dish arrives, the most anticipated of the moment. For us sushi and for my friend's boyfriend who is not at all sushi lover a giant hamburger with crispy chicken.
My dish was a tempura sushi special similar to the Tokyo Rolls but with shrimp, which made my palate succumb to the delights of every bite. My friend decided to eat the opposite of what I had ordered; instead she decided to order a very natural sushi, wrapped in rice paper.
My friend's boyfriend was not subtle with his request and here I show you why I affirm that:
At the end of everything I think the great protagonist of the afternoon was the company, talk a little, clear the mind of the everyday and is able to indulge. In the background I think the winner of the contest were the entries.
