做法:

头天晚上把准备好的米放到电炖盅的小锅里。大米,黑米,小米,黏高粱米,玉米小碴子 酌量放 ,自己随意。 定时。

早上起来,粥已经差不多好了, 这时候放一点虾皮,再炖大约20分钟左右,好的时候把洗好的菠菜放进去,蔬菜粥就好啦!

虾皮略有咸味,放入点蔬菜后, 味道很鲜美,粥很软,比较香儒,喜欢喝粥的朋友们不妨试试,喝完热乎乎的蔬菜粥,再出门,感觉一天都很精神呢!
