Random Upvotes

I run up-vote and resteem promotions regularly.

In this weeks promotion I will give random up-votes to links posted in the comment section of this post.

Rules:

That's it. It doesn't get much easier then that. Don't be discouraged if you don't receive an up-vote. Up votes go out at random.

How do I choose :

I have a formula similar to the below that I already have decided on :

Entry 1 - upvote
Entry 2 - skip
Entry 3 - skip
Entry 4 - upvote
Entry 5 - upvote
