Healthy Pizza
Ingredients:
*Courgette
*Tomatoes
*Cheese of your choice
*Oregano
*Salt to taste
*Olive oil
Preparation:
Cut the courgette into thin strips, add the grated tomato, a little cheese, the oregano in branches, with the salt and olive oil, preferably in a frying pan, keep it covered so it can be steamed.
Cooking time is approximately 30-35 minutes.
