VEGETARIAN FOOD #1: Winter Mushroom salads & crispy fried (Recipe) - FRUITS AND VEGGIES MONDAY

I‘m Ngoc Bich (it means Jade in English). Today I will make 2 vegetarian dishes are Winter Mushroom salads and Winter Mushroom crispy fried.

Ingredients:
1.Winter Mushroom crispy fried:

  • 100g Winter Mushroom
  • 5 Dried seaweed leaves
  • 50g of flour
  • 100ml soy milk

2. Winter Mushroom salads:

  • 100g Winter Mushroom
  • 50g wood-ear mushroom was soaked in water
  • 1 carrot
  • Basil leaves
  • Chili powder, salt, sugar, lime juice

Method:
1.Winter Mushroom crispy fried:

  • Separate the mushroom branch into several branches, each branch about 5 mushrooms
  • Seaweed cut into rectangular pieces, spread a layer of soy milk on a piece of seaweed, and then use this piece of seaweed roll the stem of the mushroom.
  • Mix the flour with pepper, salt and soybean milk to make a dense mixture and dip the mushroom in. After that bring mushroom to go fry. That all finish

2.Winter Mushroom salads:

  • Separate the mushroom branch into small branches and chopped carrots
  • Cook a little bit of boiling water, add the winter mushrooms to cook 2 minutes, then pick out in the cold and remove them to dry. Then, add the wood-ear mushrooms to cook for 2 minutes and then pick out in the cold water to crispy .
  • Add all the mushrooms, carrots to a large bowl and add sugar, chili powder, salt and lime juice to the mixture and squeeze the water out. Then add mint leaves and enjoy!
