Hello everyone, I hope you had a great weekend!
As you already know, I have some apple trees in my garden, this year we have a good harvest. Yesterday I deep frozen 9 liters of apple juice, I like to freeze juices, because after thawing it tastes like freshly squeezed and so I have the whole winter over fresh, delicious juices such as apple, pear or grape juice.
But even for a delicious apple dessert today were still enough apples left, I opted for an apple compote on a fine creamy quark and crunchy crumbles.
