STEEMIT FRUITS AND VEGGIES MONDAY: Arepa Vegana.

Hello. My steemit people, this time I bring you a vegetarian recipe, to participate in the #fruitsandveggiesmonday contest sponsored by: @lenasveganliving, I hope you like it and are encouraged to do the preparation.

Arepa Vegana.

Ingredients:

• Cornmeal.
• Cabbage.
• Onion.
• Carrot.
• Avocado.
• Lettuce to decorate.
• Salt and pepper to taste.

Elaboration:

Place the arepa in a roasting pan.

Place onion and tomato.

Fill the arepa with: a salad of cabbage, carrot and avocado.

Ready the preparation. To taste
