And I'm going to talk to you guys today about a potential bombshell of a community that could be a really fun and easy way for you to earn steem.

First things first, Do you like Pokemon? Do you like making STEEM? Do you like turnbased games that can earn you SBD on a weekly basis?

The PokeSTEEM Battle League holds a weekly Pokemon Tournament using Pokemon Showdown a free to use Pokemon battle simulator. This helps people who don't own the current games or consoles, however there has been interest to hold tournaments for those as well. In the future there is talks of doing that but that brings me back to the community.

I know that some people out there on the blockchain are posting using the hashtag #pokemon. What I would like to see is those people hopping onto our discord and connecting with others to create livestreams and battle leagues together.

The STEEM blockchain is looking for the first true personalities out there besides the people talking about strictly crypto. @jerrybanfield if you read this we have the opportunity to create a community of the first PokeSTEEMers. #budget me like 1000 SBD for that ;) thank you. haha just kidding but if you read this love your stuff man.

Whenever I'm on steemspeak @ackza is always telling us to promote STEEM as much as you can however you can. Pokemon is a huge market with videogames, toys, and local tournaments now becoming more a prevalent thing in the metro areas. Imagine STEEM taking over for Youtube hosting the Pokemon Battle Championships because these battles could be had on the blockchain. Encourage the Pokemon Company into turning the currency inside the game into a crypto currency and enabling a true formal mobile game. It would be absolutely amazing. A man could dream.

What I plan on doing for now besides finding people who will be dedicted to the discord is try to showcase as many people as I can using the hashtag #pokemon on STEEMIT.

Our girl here has trip to the Pokemon Center in Sapporo and Shows us some amazing gear from the superstores over in here country. I wish there was a Pokemon Center near me I would probably lose all of my money. Imagine Pokecoin and the Pokemon Center accepted it and you could battle in the store and earn it. :0. Thad be wild.

@thepablo09 | Pokemon Crystal Hardlocke Ep. 42 - An EPISODE WITHOUT FAILS ... IT'S NOT AN EPISODE

@thepablo09 is having a hardlocke which is a variant of hard mode challenges Pokemon players put themselves through. Unfortunately @thepablo09 you ahh confuses me a bit here with the title...somehow it's episode 42 but the details say its the first episode....maybe he was copy pasting the rules which I did appreciate.

The rules of their Hardlocke are simple.

• Each time you weaken one of the Pokémon of your team, it is considered "dead", therefore said Pokémon can not be used in the rest of the game.
• You can only catch the first Pokémon you encounter on each route, no matter whether you like it or not.
• As an exception to the previous rule, if you are the first Pokémon that you already have, you can wait until the first one you do not have comes out.
• If all the Pokémon of your team are weakened in the same battle, it is considered "Game Over", that is, the game is over.
• Pokemon can only be cured during combat or in Pokémon center.
• The purchase of cures and / or potions is not allowed, you can only use the cures and potions that you find during the adventure.
• You can not use any Pokémon that is higher than the best pokémon of the gym leader.
• There are 10 lives available, if these lives are finished the game will be terminated.

I'm featuring this because I feel more people need to see what kind of challenges Pokemon Players have been doing.

Collecting Pokemon cards was great as a kid. I wish I kept it up because a lot of the battles. Our friend @deadspace here opened up some packs ranging from the XY series up to the current generations.

Now typically I don't like to do spoilers into the blogs but bruh.....so jealous of these two cards. Even though you hate Dhelmise @deadspace I love him...ahhhhhh and Metang. So lucky.
